  Was so looking forward to another great culinary experience. However, although the salad bar had great selection lighting over the pasta bar was nonexistent which took away from the visual aspect of salad choice, very poor! The lighting in the restaurant as a whole was poor...the two glass entry doors leading into the restaurant were cloudy and in need of a good stripping and cleaning. My husband's Brazilian catfish had a nice light golden breading, but had either been cooked way too long or had been under a heat lamp entirely too long, tough and dry throughout...very disappointing. My butterfly shrimp although tasty, was over cooked and dark brown as was our granddaughters popcorn shrimp. Tasted as though the grease had broken down and needed to have been changed. Please change your deep fryer grease on Wednesday/Thursday before the weekend rush. Baked potato was good, waitress was excellent.
